On October 17 co-chairs Jack Sheehe and Molly Dicken, along with many volunteers put on Arcadiafest – a German themed block party, with appropriate music, beverages, and food, pumpkin painting, and a moon bounce. In addition, many families brought delicious desserts, salads, or casseroles. All in all, there was wunderbare Geselligkeit und Nachbarschaft (wonderful merrymaking and neighborliness). Thanks to Jack and Molly and all the volunteers for an outstanding event. It certainly would be nice to have an annual fall block party.
